UNFORTUNATELY WE ARE NOT ACCEPTING NEW CLIENTS FOR THIS ZONE AT THIS TIME DUE TO THE EXTREME TRAFFIC CAUSED BY I90 CONSTRUCTION. THIS OPTION IS LIMITED TO 30 MINUTES ONE WAY FROM DOWNTOWN IN CONSTRUCTION TRAFFIC AT THIS TIME. 10 MILES FROM DOWNTOWN MAX. TRAVEL FEE WILL BE QUOTED BASED ON ESTIMATED ROUND TRIP TIME. The price does not include parking or gratuity. Travel is assessed at $100 per hour round trip. Chicago Mobile Services are available: Monday - Thursday: 9:15am - 4pm Friday: 9:15am - 2pm (Rush Hour, Evening & Weekend appointments not available at this time) **Please review these policy items before booking** A valid credit card or deposit may be required to schedule certain services. ALL deposits and payments are REFUNDABLE or transferable if you cancel or reschedule with proper notice of 48 HOURS or more. If you cancel without 48 HOURS notice your deposit will not be refunded & your card on file will be charged for the services booked. For your convenience, all appointments can be rescheduled or canceled from your confirmation email, OR by calling/texting/emailing us 48+ HOURS before your appointment.

Cancellation Policy

48-HOUR CANCELLATION / RESCHEDULE POLICY: Your appointments and convenience are of high importance to us. We realize that at times unexpected circumstances and illness may require schedule adjustments. If you need to cancel an appointment, we respectfully require that you provide at least 48-hour notice. The purpose of this cancellation policy is to enable us to inform our standby clients of any availability, keep our schedule filled, thus providing better service for each one of our established and future clients. Our Policy: Cancellation or request to reschedule made less than 48 HOURS in advance will invoke a cancellation fee of 100% of the reserved service price.
